The presidency of the Association of Albanian Collectors announces the International Philatelic Exhibition “Balkanphila 2016” Opening in Tirana, from 5 to 9 May 2016. The opening will take place at the National Gallery of Arts. This Balkan event, held for the first time in Albania, will be organized by the Association of Collectors of Albania, under the recognition of the Federation of European Philatelic Associations (FEPA).In Balkanphila, where there are estimated to be about 380 booths with 16 sheets of A4 format each, will participate philatelists from all around Balkan. The participants will compete in nine FIP class. Albanian Philatelists have long been preparing for a dignified competition, highlighting the most prominent values of our philately.
